Pros

Easy work, fun co-workers, laid back

Cons

No training, or have a person with less that 6 month train. So you get told some wrong things.

Pros

Great benefits. Majority of coworkers across clinics and hospital are dedicated to mission and helping each other work to deliver consistently great patient care.

Cons

Micro-management by leaders who seem blind to actual volumes and full scope of duties involved in delivering services. Leadership seems to have no forward thinking vision in working to improve processes and manage workload with fast growing facility. High turnover due to lack of training and onboarding support to new coworkers, which puts additional pressure on seasoned staff.
