Pros

Good atmosphere, good food and benifits, good only working 3 12 hour shift so you get 42 days days off so that is nice and not having to work 5 days and having 2 days off. Good when u have kids

Cons

Long hours on your feet, have to get alot done in so little time, staff can be unfriendly and not understanding.

Pros

You get a significant amount of PTO to use as long as your supervisor grants your time off, which I've never had a problem with.

Cons

Premiums are a bit high on insurance and small yearly raises but it depends on your position at the hospital.
