      Pros

      Very caring people to work with, understanding kind and very political. This is a nonprofit organization so you have a board of 17 people to answer too.

      Cons

      Low money, very immature, very political and they tell you what you want to hear when a situation arises, boundaries are moved constantly, unfair to lower workers who work extremely hard.

      A lot of very hard working coworkers.the boots on the ground people are skilled but do not get recognition they deserve.

      Cons

      Director level and above are heartless. They do not support the leaders of manager and below. HR is horrible. They are so afraid of lawsuits they do not do what's right. The coworkers doing the work are not the coworkers being paid their worth. The Sisters are so out of the loop, you have to wonder if they are aware of what's going on.
