Too may hours working for free. Too much overturn with key employees, to include management. New regime every year due to burnout.

Pros

Mercy Hospital St. Louis offers a wonderful fellowship program for experienced and graduate nurses alike. They provide opportunities for new grads to learn in critical care environments. Allow new grads to start before passing state board exams.

Cons

Mercy is a twenty minute drive outside of downtown St. Louis. For residents of the city, the commute is less than ideal. The layout of the hospital is choppy in some places, making it easy to get turned around; especially for new hires.
