Pros

Flexible hours, the ability to work from home.

Cons

Employees below management level mean very little to the company, no paid sick days, no respect for employees within office (not allowed to speak to coworkers or even look at your phone during your breaks at your desk) so camaraderie is non-existent within departments, nepotism is rampant throughout the company, employees expected production rates matter more than quality (they'd rather I had 20 denied claims than 10 approved ones), all departments have become partial collection agents and are expected to ask patients for money for bills owed no matter their position.

Pros

Good people! Culture is very welcoming.

Cons

Lay-offs and "reduction in force" seems to be the norm each summer!

Pros

Pay is competitive and co-workers are great.

Cons

It's not about the patients or the employees, it's about the almighty dollar. Management is horrible.
