Pros

The staff is very outgoing and willing to help each other out which is great for a new employee.

Cons

The long shifts are a downside but it's what you sign up for when working at the hospital.

Cons

A lot of filing more than one person can do. They are converting to computer paperless so this should get better. Must wear many hats at once. Mailman, insurance coordinator, billet, indigeni medicine, scheduler, and souch more.
