Pros

Mercy fit based on morals and values established by a true Cristian that helped the poor and indigent people of Dublin Ireland. Sister Catherine set the theme for a culture of caring for all within her care and those that provided service within the organization because in most cases at that time they were one and the same. This is still shown today by the Co workers coming together to help one another in need with PTO donation and the Co worker fund etc...

Cons

Administration loses sight of Sister Catherine's initiative and focuses on the bottom line pushing their future goals to quickly causing financial difficulties to the very people that have dedicated themselves to the Mercy fit.
