Pros

The mission of Mercy is real and allows individuals to serve in a ministry that serves many communities.

Cons

Healthcare in general remains behind the innovation curve and rarely allows for new product or process advancement. Mercy is not a leader within the healthcare field.

Pros

Unique environment that is focused on the needs of our patients first and how to best serve them and the communities that we are a part of.

Cons

Sisters of Mercy is a segmented organization that is managed at at regional level. There can be major differences between the regions which leads to a lack of continuity of management and direction.
