They Will Say Anything to Get You

Pros

- Responsive - Easy to apply

Cons

- Aggressive and put pressure on me to accept their offer quickly - Made false promises, told me when I moved from MergeIT to my current job I would be making X amount of money when in reality I took a pay cut when moving (this has happened to multiple people at my job) - Once I moved to my current job there was no communication on the move and no response to any questions I had, especially when it came to the difference in pay

Pros

Remote Position Friendly, Appreciative, Helpful, Progressive Management team who genuinely care about all employees and do their best to facilitate a fun/lighthearted workplace atmosphere while managing to keep everyone productive and get things done Competitive Salary Developing company with a lot of room for growth and opportunities Positive culture/company continuously makes conscious decisions that align with their core values

Cons

With everyone being remote and living all over, it can be hard to connect. Some times it can be hard to get a hold of employees/management.

What differs us from the competition is our steadfast dedication to our mission and our relationships with both client and employee. Having people all over the US, in Canada and the UK it can pose a challenge for communication, but we are always working on improving our processes and appreciate the feedback
