Descent healthcare coverage for the price
Cons
Just about everyone is on drugs to survive in the front office and in the field. You can’t trust management you will be blamed for everything regardless of what you did, even if you warned them it was a bad idea. They will use you until you break Their business practices are shady at best.

In hindsight, there are no good reasons to work for Meridian. Anyone giving them more than a 1 start rating, is probably part of the upper management problem.
Cons
Horrible communication, if any, within upper management. Lower level employees are considered an expendable resource. Not a stable long term career environment.
