Great work schedule. No weekends.

Cons

Management here is very toxic. Office manager, general manager, and operations manager are constantly arguing. Promises are constantly made but are never followed through. People are constantly changing their minds on decisions. Everyone talks badly about each other behind their backs. There is no teamwork.

The paycheck was the only pro about working for Meridian.

Cons

The pay itself was severely under the market. The insurance was unaffordable to most employees. The senior executives think highly of themselves and are only too happy to give themselves raises. Nepotism abounds in all leadership positions.
