Pros
Salary is competitive and it's exclusively remote.
Cons
They run with as few employees as possible and it seems that there are quarterly layoffs. Everyone has more work than they can manage and is burnt out. I used to love my job and my team but now I realize that no matter how much effort I put in, it doesn't matter. I have gone from an employee who always went above and beyond to someone who is dropping balls and lost all motivation. There's also very little diversity in management (with the exception of the C-suite) but that's to be expected in tech.
