Pros

The teams there are very fun to work with. Everyone is collaborative and everyone on my team is super helpful!

Cons

Cross team communication could use some work. Obviously it got tougher during the pandemic/working remotely. Still a work in progress

Pros

The original CEO and corporation were ones that you found yourself rooting for. The policies and procedures were centered around the client (credit unions & banks). The employees were kind people and ego was not present.

Cons

All of the original legacy employees and leaders were chased off. They stopped becoming innovative or rewarding ideas. Thoma Bravo, the private equity firm has gutted and changed the culture. For every employee that quit, they hired a senior vice president or C-level executive who has no experience in loan origination or lending.
