      Pros

      Culture within specific teams is great. Feels like all hands on deck trying to get to the same outcome. The humans that work here are incredibly smart and hold incredible industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Start up vibes = job insecurity or perceived job insecurity. New phases with new CEO and going back private in October.

      Learned a bunch from experienced colleagues that helped advance my career and helped me build long lasting professional relationships.

      Cons

      Upper management does not take the time to understand the products that they manage and the needs of their team. There is a huge focus on AI while providing AI tools that are not capable of the tasks they wish to automate.
