Pros

Remote, mostly friendly coworkers. Being remote is it's biggest plus. They really do help you settle in to the remote life and for the most part, people are really friendly to new hires!

Cons

The benefits are bare minimum, taking a vacation is looked really down upon, management doesn't know how to manage. while being remote is great, it's standard to put in long hours with no reward. don't expect a decent raise here and if you do get one, you're made to feel like it was forced, not because you did well.

Pros

Culture within specific teams is great. Feels like all hands on deck trying to get to the same outcome. The humans that work here are incredibly smart and hold incredible industry knowledge.

Cons

Start up vibes = job insecurity or perceived job insecurity. New phases with new CEO and going back private in October.
