Pros

I am a member of the remote team, and I dont know that I could love my job any more than I do. Management is amazing, the team expience is off the charts, the work environment between all teams (remote and headquaters) is amazing. The benifits are great and the job is fun!

Cons

I dont have any cons at this time.

It's great to hear that our remote employees are just as happy as the rest of the team in Costa Mesa! Thanks for expressing your appreciation for the management team. They work hard to create and maintain a wonderful work environment, and appreciate that you recognize this. We hope to see you at the holiday party!

Pros

Management is pretty flexible and employees a lot of latitude to make decisions. Co-workers are bright, intelligent and creative. Most people really care about their work and are willing to help out others as well. Casual dress code. Fun relaxed environment. Game nights, movie nights, sport teams, really fun company parties. Monthly lunches that spotlight various employees. Daily salad bar, snacks, expresso machine. Ping pong and fuse ball for breaktime. Excellent and affordable benefits. Good location.

Cons

Communication is not always the best. People sometimes forget to inform other teams of changes. It seems that when the teams / managers don't agree about things out isn't always resolved well.

Thank you for highlighting your concerns. We do feel that all of our employees (including our managers) bring valuable skills and expertise to their jobs here. We listen to all ideas, but cannot realistically implement them all. We ask employees to grow on their team for two years before looking to move to other teams since we feel it’s fair to the rest of the team that an employee contributes for a while after time is spent training and coaching them. There is much room for growth and career advancement after demonstrating the required expertise/ability, a strong work ethic, leadership qualities and a positive attitude. A multitude of employees have been promoted to more senior levels or management roles within the Company - both on the Support team and across our organization.
