      -Remote first company, which helps with work-life balance and provides flexibility if I need to move to another city or even state. -Great healthcare and ESPP benefits -Great time off benefits for tenured staff -History of company growth, even through economic downturns -Lots of opportunities for upward mobility for those that are motivated and hard working

      -Fast paced, and metrics driven environment is not for everyone.
