      Pros

      Leading technology company that is continuing it's rapid growth. Fast paced, dynamic work environment. The company has made great improvements in recent years with new facilities, employee benefits, and social/outside of work activities. Feels like a family with a very caring and involved Sr. Management group. It's a great place to work! It's a very good company on the cusp of being a great company.

      Cons

      None. The company needs to continue to aggressively compete for new, talented resources to bring on to the team.

We're open to suggestions from employees on how to make ML even better, so please don't hesitate to share good ideas. (Many voiced the desire for a 401K match, and executive leadership listened.)

      ML offers great opportunities for enabling people to pursue that which means most to them. Management encourages corporate culture to be transparent, innovative and positive.
