      Pros

      12 hr shifts are great when needing extra days off during the week. They pay higher than neighboring hospitals as of 2023. Benefits are pretty decent.

      Cons

      Small hospital with very short staffing in the lab. Docs in ER “shotgun order” everyday. They switch CEOs like underwear. Pay is not worth the amount of work and stress you deal with.
