This place enforces its policies selectively, choosing who to target while turning a blind eye to others who engage in harassment—especially if they are well-liked. I witnessed an LGBTQ+ manager get fired without any prior warnings, despite their dedication to the job, going above and beyond, and being well-loved by many.
