Management are yes men. Personality cult of Fred, including political and religious views. All good management fired or too put down to stay. New ideas squashed. Company lead by sycophants. It is one of the worst things in Salt Lake that if you don't go to the right church you will not get on at merit. Some great people forced out due to this, as a result company is not growing the way it should. Major problems get ignored because people too scared to take responsibility.
