Excellent Environment

Pros

Managers don't micro-manage and give what the tools you need to succeed; a culture which is fun, but no Kool-Aid drinking (yes, this is a pro), flexibile schedule (e.g. telecommute when needed, etc.)

Cons

I've been here almost four months and there isn't any con I can think of.
