Pros

Management knows you! From the Divisional President to mid-level managers, they take the time to stay Hi and actually know you. They listen to ideas to help make your job easier and always looking to improve. Coming from a different builder this was a nice change.

Cons

I know this sounds like a homer but I really cant think of any. I have been with other builders, and this is far the best place I worked
