Pros

The culture is unmatched. The division I am in is incredibly effective and efficient yet most of the time it doesn't even feel like work. The people are amazing and always willing to help with day-to-day stuff or personal development as a whole. Upper management is always there to provide you with tools you need and advice on advancement.

Cons

Office life can sometimes be slow with teams going out to the field so it can get sleepy.
