Your status can turn on a dime without warning. You may be doing great, everyone loves you, the work you do, etc. And, out of no where you are on the outside looking in. They will change the rules based on their objectives. This applies to ALL employees. Those who have less than a year, and all the way up to 10+ years. it's really sad to see it happen to people who have invested their careers in this organization, and they will destroy you and not think twice.AZ is an "employment at will" state, and if they don't like you, you are out and no where to go to defend yourself. You might say, "well, go to HR to discuss". HR is part of the problem. They are all part of "the club".

Cross-department cohesion can be lacking at times.
