The culture is incredible. It’s employee-centered first, which trickles down to how the employees impact their customers and trades. Trades are treated with respect and a helping hand rather than strong arming them to do what you need, in turn creating strong relationships. Everyone is a team, both internally as employees and externally with trades. That is how the business model is setup. Great benefits. Amazing company.
