      The insurance they provide is ok.

      Cons

      You cannot have any days off without PTO. There is no vacation time. They work you like dogs. They will give you the run around on doing your J.I.T to pay you what they are supposed to.

      flexible I pick my own hours a little bit of travel (I like that part) solo work but still lots of people interaction The puppies!! The pay

      Cons

      I'm not sure how long the program will last at first it was month to month. We only recently got approved for the next 6 months. It makes quitting a full time position a little risky. And IDK what career opportunities there are long term.
