Business strategy seems very poor. Extremely long development cycles with virtually no pressure or incentive to meet deadlines, as the goal post is constantly moving. We don't produce anything substantial enough to validate the company's existence, especially with the number of people here who do about 1 hour of work a day. I'm starting to suspect the whole operation is some kind of money laundering scheme.
Most of management makes by-the-moment plays with seemingly little or no knowledge or experience of their profession. Managers keeps changing, resulting in no employee reviews being conducted, and absolutely no wage changes in years. Every time a manager is replaced, the new person seems to know less than the previous one. People have no idea what they're doing and since there are no reviews, there is no written history of employee performance. It's very frustrating not being given even the tiniest bit of opportunity to advance. All of the management is hired from outside. Management knows their employees so badly that they often delegate tasks to the wrong people, resulting in nothing being done.
