      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.

      Pros

      They do beautiful work for the 1 % of the 1%. My direct manger is wonderful.

      Cons

      Margins have been low and so increases are slow and low. Understaffed when it comes to the trade and so work goes out slow and makes it harder to make a profit, with our High maintenance clients.
