It's a job, you get holidays and weekend off. My boss was pretty nice.

Cons

Have to drive your own car, your coworkers can turn out to be thieves... that's awkward!

Pros

Tips daily, bonuses yearly, driving reimbursement as well. Specific driving days for captions and mates. That is all I have to say for the pros at this time.

Cons

Lots of drama with 30 girls working in the same room and working a lot with most people that you normally wouldn't get along with is difficult. But if you're a professional enough person this shouldn't be to hard. Some captions take advantage of their position and it is your job to put them in their place.
