      I have a virtual position which allows flexibility and cost savings. strategic planning on travel helps to balance out the year. Great teammates and collaboration between us for support. Part of Service Master Brands for an additional level of support.

      Cons

      Initial PTO offering coming aboard is a bit weak. Should offer more for a full year.
