So many red flags

Pros

Downtown Office space, free snacks?

Cons

Since I started people have been asked to work every Saturday because they are so behind on their latest big release. The HR director and several other staff members are leaving. Most people seem to have been here less than a year and are all unhappy with the company. There's no real leadership or structure among the dev groups and leadership has no plans on instituting any even though people are clamoring for it.

Pros

Some of the best employees and engineers I've ever worked with.

Cons

Everything else. Product is in shambles and leadership/PE firm not interested in fixing it. Current CEO pretends he doesn't still work for PE firm. Promised no layoffs, then laid off half the company. Promised no more layoffs, then laid off more the next month. Promised that was absolutely it, then laid off entire departments after that (except one of the c-suite's wife). None of the c-suite ever shows up but they expect their own office and expect you to be in the office five days a week. Sinking ship.

Used to be a decent place to work

Pros

The office in Denver has free parking, and is close to a lot of things, if you live in the area

Cons

Since the sale of the company to a private equity firm, there has been a TON of turnover. Mostly due to their lack of employee satisfaction. Salaries are stagnant, bonus's non-exisitant. no attempt to retain employees what so ever
