Pros

I enjoyed my time at Mesa, I was there for years. I was promoted quickly and worked my way up. The benefits are incredible, with a free wellness center for employees and their families, unlimited therapy, etc.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to grow, because they would prioritize those who were older or had been there longer. It can be due to workplace politics, sometimes people were pre-promised jobs and no one else would be considered.
