They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

Cons

Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

I really enjoy my job as a videographer. The team is friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. There is a strong family oriented atmosphere, and everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed.

Cons

There are no major downsides for me. Like any job, there can be busy days, but the team environment makes it manageable.
