In spite of all my skills, having 2 bachelor degrees, or being a miltary veteran, they didn't care about using my skills, or taking me as a serious professional. I got paid under $15/hr and they didn't care about offering career advancement.

Cons

No career advancement. Inferior payrate. UNSTABLE work environment.
