This company is a very terrible company to drive for, an very unorganized, they don't get your payroll correct half the time, an its almost impossible to contact the right department in dispatch. They annule loads on the regular an only pays you $60 dollars for it instead of your full pay for the load. They do have new equipment, but that's all. Seems to me they put more emphasis on there equipment then paying there drivers correct, please do not work for this company if you're trying to support your family, because they will let you down. They lie to you doing orientation so don't believe them. Do not be a relay driver for them

Pros

Flexible routes, nice people, leadership does have good vision but slow in getting there. 95% no touch freight.

Cons

Low pay. Current bonus program is corrupt and easily manipulated by same persons over and over again. International truck brands are horrible. Maxx Force engines are horrible. Careful in adverse weather with the Super Saver tires horrible in ice and slippery conditions. Hot slipping trucks. You never kn ow who had the truck before you could have been a smoker.
