Pros

The product is top of the line in biotech. Working here is great experience to put on resume other companies will value.

Cons

Management here is so toxic and the company really does not care about you at all. You will break your back and still end up being critiqued because you couldn't do more. CEO is money hungry and will look for any excuse to not pay employees what they're worth. Rules change at blink of an eye to suit their agendas.

Management designs everyone's schedules so that they can't complete all of their assigned tasks and can therefore fire anyone so that they can circumvent labor laws. Very clever! Bad laboratory habits and practices Overworked, expect to juggle, spin plates and answer email.
