I find that management is friendly and empathetic to different situations and are willing to work with you to find solutions.

Cons

Multi-tasking is a must have skill which can lead to feeling overwhelmed and overworked.

Pros

It is a good place to get your foot in the door for industry. The multi-plex ELISAs that they make are a great product. They do have some flexibility for hours and work from home. The coworkers are the best part of working here. I enjoyed the people I worked with so much, it was the hardest part about leaving.

Cons

Top management is horrible. They do not treat the employees particularly well. Bonuses and raises are supposed to happen at specific times but they push the dates with no communication. The communication from the top is basically non-existent. The 401K match is laughable unless you have been at the company for 5+ years. Work/life balance (at least in my department) was not manageable.

Not many, honestly. I genuinely can't think of anything that would make me recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the fact that their 5S systems are pretty solid, but that can also be seen as a con (explained).

Cons

Told I'd be working Mon-Fri 9-5, after orientation I was immediately shifted to Tues-Sat 1pm-9pm with no warning. 5S lab spaces designed to "Plug and Play" new employees. Overall structure of training was poor, likely specific to team/manager.
