      I have nothing to say here. All said under cons.

      Terrible place to work. Horrible benefits, almost no leave, they make you work two saturdays a year to get a couple days off in December, instead of just giving you the vacation days as a benefit. No work / life balance. Company could not care less if you are spending all your nights and weekends putting in extra time to get the job done - in fact its encouraged.

      Pros

      Capable, passionate people that want to enable improved health outcomes for patients. Good opportunities for internal advancement, though you won't learn anything of value to other employers.

      Cons

      Truly awful CEO. The fear of up-front expenses causes back-end expenses to pile up in the form of inefficiencies and home-grown solutions to standard issues. A side-effect of this is to prevent employees from learning skills that are broadly useful and valuable across the industry. The CEO stifles innovation by forcing ALL purchasing decisions to go through him, and then he uses company revenue to obtain real estate and vehicles for his own use. His financial maneuvering and frequent lawsuits are at best a shameful distraction for the talented and motivated people that work there, and at worst a concern for the long-term success and viability of the company.

      Pros

      You have a job and you have a check coming in to pay some bills. Corporate HQ is in a nice building. Really hard to think of pros...

      Cons

      CEO is a control freak. Family operated, from the CEO to Management. They will tell you and promise everything...but nothing ever comes around. It's not a good idea unless it's their idea. They make you feel like they own you.
