Business Outlook
Pros
It's a growing company with some opportunities. The products are based on a good technology. Unlike a lot of biotechs the company is profitable, growing, and stable. There are a lot of smart, high-quality people. However, the work experience depends a lot of on the supervisor, and some groups have a better work culture than others.
Cons
Much of the mid-management is not particularly experienced. The company does not provide much outside training. I you want a course, or to go to a trade-show you can forget it. They pay for work, don't put in a lot into their employees, and that's the deal.
