Pros

Technology is decent but it is inhibited in many ways by the close minded and arrogant management style of the company.

Cons

Continually demeaned and degraded and treated unprofessionally. The work atmosphere is hostile at a minimum and fear is used as a tool of motivation. Management is more interested in insulting customer than growing the business. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The medical benefits are ok, but I would struggle to find much good about working at MSD.

Cons

The tone of virtually all interactions with MSD's management is negative. Expectations, guidelines and decisions are controlled by very few leaders of the company, who do not facilitate any meaningful degree of communication. In fact, communicating with management is discouraged. MSD has a culture based on intimidation and should be avoided. Everything you do is monitored and scrutinized.

Lack of respect and lack of a professional environment, just a place where they won't care about you or how they treat you.
