Pros

There are some good things I have to admit. For one, if you’re just starting out, this place will give you a chance. They hire people with little experience, so it’s a good start if you’re fresh out of school and need something on your resume. You’ll get experience here – fast. It’s a tough environment, yes, but it teaches you resilience. After this place, I can say, you’ll be ready for anything. And because they run on a lean team, you end up doing a lot more than your role usually requires. It’s not always fair, but you learn things beyond your title. You’ll know different parts of the job and maybe even things that might help you get better roles elsewhere. You also learn about corporate life – how to deal with hierarchy, office politics, and team dynamics. These things are useful in every job; knowing how to navigate them is half the battle. And, funny as it sounds, working here pushes you. It pushed me to consider my own future. You get motivated to improve yourself or pursue something more so you can have control over your own career. Being here long enough, you also build connections. You get to know people inside and sometimes outside, and maybe these connections will help you later on. Plus, I’ll say one thing – this place taught me to set goals and do whatever it takes to reach them. That sense of achievement, it’s something. So yes, it’s hard, and it changes you, but if you’re smart, you’ll take what you need from it and use it to go where you want.

Cons

I am writing this review because I feel like I need to clear my conscience. Maybe you think I need therapy, and I agree. After working almost two decades at this place, anyone would need therapy. Even after one year here, you might need it. I had been here for so long, and I have seen so many things happening. Sometimes, I feel guilty. Sometimes, I had to work 12 to 15 hours just to reach my goals and get where I wanted. But this place eats your soul. I feel like a loser, but I just want to say this so others won’t make the same mistake I did. The way this company works is, they hire people with little experience, pay them as low as possible, and make them work as much as possible. If they want to grow, the company makes sure it goes as slow as possible. I have seen this myself, and sometimes I even took part in these things. I had to hold back so many of the employees on my team. Because I was held back too, I admit sometimes I didn’t mind seeing others suffer like I did. But now I feel guilty about it. This place slowly makes you a monster inside. Many times, they hesitate to give credit to the people who work hard on a project. But they never hesitate to put the name of the owner's son on every paper that gets published, even if he had nothing to do with it. If you want to get some experience after graduating, come here, but remember, there are two types of people here. One, the ones who get some experience and leave as fast as they can, and two, the losers like me who get stuck here for many reasons and then lose their souls. The choice is yours.

Pros

Stable company, no layoffs, pretty easy job. I've never worked more than 40 hours.

Cons

Very little to no work from home even if you only have analysis to do or a meeting at the end of the day. Sometimes there is no work to do, people just walk around the halls and read books to kill time.

Pros

Decent benefits, good job stability, nice people.

Cons

the turnover for entry-level positions seems very high. Need to expand building space and parking. Weird rumors about the CEO. Salaried positions aren't really salaried.
