Headed down hill

Business Outlook

Pros

Benifits are pretty good Plenty of PTO

Cons

Location Manager avoids work and responsibilities Company as a whole seems to foster favoritism Criticism from the bottom is not heard at the top Lack of any ability for growth without favoritism involved Management always seems to be out to get people Management is not invested into their work or their employees typically seems to just be there to collect a check. Rarely know their own job or how to conduct most work tasks.
