There's a genuine family feel to the company that is rare to find elsewhere. Management takes the time to listen and provide transparent, fair feedback. Messer is full up smart, driven individuals that are happy to knowledge share. If you have the opportunity to join, you will not regret it. Just for reference, look at the average tenure at Messer.
