Great company to work for. Friendly and knowledgeable management. Easy people in the plant to get along with.

Cons

HR is in New Jersey so if you have an issue with random stuff like pay, insurance, hours, you have to try to get ahold of them. It’s not terrible but it’d be nice if they had an HR rep on site.

This company is in growth mode, creating excellent opportunities to make your mark professionally, in a fast-paced environment. If you have the right skills and enjoy collaborating with other experts in their fields, then Messer could be the right place for you.

Cons

Some work is still needed to move away from elements of the old company culture, outdated processes and systems that no longer suit this business, but Messer is getting there.
