Pros

Job security, can be part of a reputed group, reasonable remuneration, opportunity to interact with many departments and learn new things.

Cons

The Company is a part of a large group of Companies located in Germany. But unfortunately, most of the standards that one expect from a German Company, and an Indian Company too are not followed in the Company. The reason for that is the top Indian officials of the Company were following the eighties work culture. There has been a good change in the Company’s work culture regarding that, but some of the team leaders who should support their peers and subordinates are blindly bringing some vague ideas and thoughts and they are remaining silent when the Company takes decisions that are not favourable for the employees and especially when the top management is not aware of the problems faced by the employees. May be they think they cannot get better opportunities elsewhere, or they are about to retire, or both. Some of the main issues most of the employees face are, too much clerical works and documentation, unnecessary meetings, lengthy processes and procedures, deliberately not filling a vacancy when an employee resigns from a team and thus creating excessive pressure and workload for the existing employees, continuing with a team with same members and sometimes less members too for the past few years when the Company expands and the workload increases considerably, continuously increasing the performance targets of the employees without giving minimum resource and time for the personal benefits and targets of the team leader etc. As a result, most employees have to work longer and harder for a couple of hours more daily and it will result in problems like health issues, lack of job satisfaction, not able to have work life balance, mental and physical tiredness, affecting quality of work etc.The concerned top Indian officials of the Company have changed a lot positively compared to their earlier thought processes, but the team leaders who should take care of all the employees are very particular regarding their own individual targets so they are not bringing anything positively to the attention of the Company that will help their subordinates and employees. The Company will be at par even with a normal MNC, only when there is a collective effort from the team leaders regarding the overall improvement of the Company which they have to work along with the top management.

Pros

Great people to work with, folks who are really dedicated to doing good things!

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Lost the CEO, Director of Aftersales, and Sales Director in one huge hit. The ones that are left are just terrible.
