      Pros

      There is a lot of negativity on this site, but if you are willing to put in the work, Messer is a great company to work for. Company offers lots of opportunity to lead projects and grow. If you are ambitious, and like problem solving and continuous improvement, Messer is a good choice to work for. Management is supportive and engaged, and you have the opportunity to work with several other regions around the world.

      Cons

      Pay can be on the lower side, and there is an issue with new employees making as much or more than longer term employees. The business is cyclical, so workload will vary depending on the state of the economy. Not really something they can control though.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic. You can’t beat the benefits and bonuses. Many opportunities for travel. You are given as much responsibility as you are willing to take on.

      Cons

      The company has been around a long time and changes to processes and procedures are sometimes difficult.

      Other than work activities. Too much irritating system for 5 rupees value items

      Please don't join. only paper work. There is no physical work. Too much of unwanted system. 5 lak rupees bond. When you are going to abroad for company meeting again you have to sign bond. You never releive from bond. You will not get proper settlement. You lose your energy every day.
