Pros
M|K is a great Minnesota law firm that provides top-notch work for their clients. The office culture is excellent; I enjoy spending time with my co-workers both at work and outside of work. As someone who knows the Minneapolis legal market, M|K pays both lawyers and staff very competitive wages and has good benefits. Good work-life balance. I suspect some of the reviews citing high turnover and fear of being fired were left by people who were in fear of being fired due to poor job performance. My experience has been that people who show up with a good attitude and do their work well have excellent careers at M|K and excellent job stability. Really good marketing budgets and other assistance for younger attorneys to grow their books.
