Difficult to find pros when you’re lied to, promises they go back on.

Cons

High turnover firm. They’re a law firm, if you do something wrong you’ll be threatened and then let go. Starts from the top. Try to go after them and they’ll continue their bullying so you cannot. There’s a lot of backstabbing from the top. Closed door conversations about employees all the time. There are many great firms out there to choose from. Stay far away as you’ll get nowhere.

Not very many pros to share.

Cons

They don’t bother to invest in associates. They churn through their associates yearly, hiring and firing regardless of the associate's value. If they hire 6 associates, 4 will be gone by the next year. Partners only care about making money and not about mentorship.
