      Good place to work, nice people, management doesn't create an overly stressful environment, freedom to dictate your day-to-day work.

      No one is going to help you do anything.

      Pay is fairly good for what it is. Staff is generally knowledgeable although at different experience levels. Never a shortage of work.

      Cons

      Clique based promotional opportunities. Not a good place for long term career growth unless you have friends in high places. Unkept promises regarding annual bonus.
